Job Description:
- Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For The Company
- Drive Transformation Efforts Across The Group
- Communicate And Present Strategic Plans And Recommendations To The Leadership Team
- Lead Strategic Initiatives And Projects, Ensuring That It Is Aligned With The Group's Vision
- Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders
- Identify And Leverage Group Synergy For Value Creation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a major in Tier 1 University
- At least 2 years of working experience from a Management Consulting Firm or Big 4
- Excellent problem-solving, analytic, and decision-making skills
- Passionate in the financial services industry
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented
- Excellent time and project management skills
