Job Description:
- Regular communication with section heads to update on budget progress.
- Oversight, organization, and control of inventory management.
- Preparation of cost difference analysis to evaluate departmental performance.
- Achievement of PQCDSM goals (Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale).
- Monthly preparation of a cost report for the general manager.
- Ensuring material stock is maintained and controlling parts to prevent overstock
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in manufacturing factory production cost control.
- Experience in implementing standard costing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of costing analysis and improvement methods (analysis, evaluation, explanation, motivation, checking, and control).
- Advanced computer skills with system knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills, coaching abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proven working experience in inventory control.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
