• Working Closely With Global & Expansion Team In Developing And Executing Strategic Plan That Is Relevant To The Local Context And Aligned With Global Priorities
• Building Strategic Partnerships With All Levels Of Government Health Systems (national, Provincial, District Etc.)
• Building The Organization's Reputation And Brand Among Government Officials, Peers, And Influencer
• Play A Leading Role In Setting Up And Managing The Programs In Indonesia, Including Innovation Of Programs And Its Method Of Delivery
• Leading Transformative Initiatives And Managing Change In The Country
• Strengthening The Financial Sustainability Of The Organization Through Resource Development And Effective Budget Administration
• Compliance With Statutory Regulations Related To Yayasans In The Country

• Be a Doctor / Specialist or a Ners/Sp. Kep./MARS/MKM or possess a health management or public health management degree
• Have a good understanding of the public health system and its challenges in Indonesia
• Have a good network in the world of public health in Indonesia
• Be able to travel considerably for project-related work to implementation sites. Travel maybe for extended durations and at times internationally too
• Be fluent in professional (written and spoken) Indonesian and English
• Be proficient in MS Office and common computer applications
• Have at least 12 years of relevant work experience, negotiable
• Have experience working with, or collaborating with large NGOs (including international NGO) and/or government institutions in Indonesia
• Comfortable in ambiguity
