Job Description:
- Lead Through Good Example, Training And Development Of The Accounts Team
- Tax Compliance And Accounts (monthly And Annual) Will Be Accurate And Timely. They Will Also Be Accompanied By Insightful Commentary Explaining The Results
- Reporting And Analysis Of Historical Results, Detailed Forecasts Of Profitability, Balance Sheet Items And Cash Flow Will Be Accurately Prepared On A Timely Basis
- The Role Will Also Ensure Statutory And Regulatory Compliance
- Primary Responsibility For Annual Audit, General Office Administration And Risk Mitigation Also Lie With This Role
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
- At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles
- Broad understanding of business processes, process auditing and internal control concepts
- Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
- Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
- High level of ethics and integrity
