Job Description:
- Managing And Overseeing The Whole Human Resources Function Within Indonesia
- Plan, Manage, And Design HR Programs To Develop The Human Capabilities Within The Organization
- Hands On Within The Problems And Disputes That Might Arise Across The Country
- Ensuring The Smoothness Of Recruitment, Talent Development, And Termination Of The Workforce
- Report, Coordinate, And Collaborate With Regional Management Team To Develop Indonesia As A Market Further
- Ensuring Compliance Across The Organization
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, a Master's degree is an added value
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in human resources, 5 years in senior management role
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in handling country-level role while coordinating and collaborating on a regional level
- Previous experiences in plantation/ manufacturing company with multiple branches and business units
- Proven track record of leadership ability, as well as communication and negotiation skills
- Able to think strategically for planning as well as hands-on for operational HR functions
