Job Description:
- Advise Senior Management On Strategic HR Matters
- Design, Develop, And Improve HR Programs And Initiatives
- Implement And Localize Global HR Programs In Indonesia
- Promote & Build Employee & Industrial Relations With Management, Staff & Regulatory Bodies So As To Achieve A Harmonious Employee & Industrial Relations Climate
- Enhance Working Relationship Between Management & Employees Via Different Employee Engagement & Continuous Improvement Programs So As To Create Better Lives & Welfare For Employees
- Actively Implement Strategic HR Initiatives Such As Succession Planning And Staff Retention Programs For The Company And Within The Department As And When Appropriate; Provide HR Business Partnership To Business Leaders
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as an HR professional and leader
- Experience primarily with global well-established manufacturing companies with a matrix structure and a headcount of over 500 employees
- Strong Industrial Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Development and HR business partnering experience
- Proven experience in managing multiple business units
