Job Description:
- Execute Market Entry Strategy And Setup The Business In Indonesia
- Take Ownership Of The Country's P&L - Managing Market Acquisition Vs Cash Flow Position Vs Unit Economics, Short Term Growth Vs Long Term Investments
- Design, And Execute The Launch Of The Business Across The Targeted Cities
- Build, And Train Local Teams Across Sales, Partnerships, And Operations With A Team Sent From HQ
- Implement Best Practices Across Operations
- Understand The Individual Markets, Customers And Drive Marketing Initiatives
- Define And Drive Action Plans To Create Strong Relationships With Local Stakeholders
- Adapt The Business Model To Be Culturally Relevant Without Losing Its Identity
Job Requirements:
- Someone with minimum work experience of 8 years in payment getaway, e-commerce, digital bank or digital arm of conventional bank
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be a plus to deal with Chinese merchants but NOT a must
- Someone outgoing, passionate in building relationship, and can be the face of the company in external events
- Solid leadership experience to nurture team
- Someone proactive with initiatives to make things happen
