Job Description:
- Develop And Implement Appropriate Marketing Strategies, Accountable For Large And Key Customer Acquisition And Relationship
- Work Closely With The Regional Leadership Team For Strategic Growth, Present Growth Budget And Achieve The Agreed Budget Targets For The Country
- Promote Operational Excellence By Way Of Cost Reduction, Productivity Improvement And Rational Pricing Strategy
- Ensure Ethical Business And Strong Governance Practices In Accordance With Business Ethos
- Lead, Coach And Develop A Highly Productive Team To Deliver Customer Value
Job Requirements:
- MSc or BSc in Business, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a managerial position within MNCs
- Proven track-record in TIC industry delivering innovative solutions
- Ability to manage P&L with strong financial acumen
- Excellent leadership capabilities, entrepreneurial mindset and high integrity
