Job Description:
Reporting
Directly To The Founder, This Stand-alone Role Will Have The Responsibility To
Leverage Their Existing Network Within Indonesian Market To Generate Demand,
Specifically For Their Personal And Home Care Ingredients Segment. Working
Alongside The Founding Team, The Country Manager Will Have Full Responsibility
For Handling The Whole Sales Strategy And Operations Across The Nation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a commercially driven role in Chemical Distribution Company
- Must have exposure in national sales role covering Personal and Home Care Ingredients
- Possesses strong understanding of market and sales strategy especially in the relevant sectors
- Proven successful track record in achieving sales target with entrepreneurial mindset
- Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English language and possess strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
