Job Description:
- Manage And Lead End To End Supply Chain Solution In Indonesia, With Focus In Procurement, Sourcing And Planning For Services
- Analyze Operational Performance And Resolve Issues
- Work Closely With Internal Project And Tendering Team Across Regions To Optimize Proposals For Execution
- Source For New Suppliers That Fulfil And Meet The Company's Vendor Standard
- Access Current Upstream And Downstream Supply Chain To Minimize Cost And Maximize Service Levels
- Oversee Contract Negotiation With Project's Suppliers
- Create Effective Logistics Flow Design
- Anticipate Hiccups In Supply Chain In Advance To Mitigate Deviation From Schedule To Avoid Fines/penalties
- Lead KAIZEN And/or Drive Innovations In End To End Supply Chain Processes, Not Limited To,issuance Of PO, Scheduling Up To Receiving And Delivery Of Goods
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field, Masters Degree preferred
- Having Professional Supply Chain Certification (CPSM, ISM etc.) is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with good track record in projects/solution design
- Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
