Job Description:
- Develop And Execute CRM Strategies To Improve Customer Engagement, Loyalty, And Retention
- Manage The Customer Database And Ensure Data Integrity And Accuracy
- Create And Execute Targeted Email Campaigns, Including Segmentation And Personalization
- Develop And Implement Customer Journey Mapping To Optimize The Customer Experience
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Execution Of CRM Initiatives
- Monitor And Report On Campaign Performance, Providing Regular Updates To Management
- Identify And Implement New CRM Tools And Technologies To Improve Efficiency And Effectiveness
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, with a focus on retail
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices
- Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful CRM strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
