Job Description:
- Develop And Review Audit Methodologies For Accreditation Compliance
- Ensure Timely Completion Of Audit/ Surveillance And Submission Of Audit Reports
- Lead A Team Of Auditors For The Fulfilment Of CSR And Related Quality Management System Audits Such As BSCI, SLCP, SMETA, Higgs And/or RBA
- Training And Developing Junior Auditors, And/or Other Necessary Functions Within The Team, As Well As, Development Of Resources To Ensure Successful Completion Of Audits
- Maintain Audit Related Records As Per Company's Policy
- Develop And Maintain Laws And Standards Relating To Audits
- Interface And Provide Support For Other Departments On The Day-to-day Planning, Marketing, Operations Including New Product Development
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent fields
- Lead Auditor qualification in BSCI required, and qualified in ASPSCA
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in social compliance audits and quality management service preferably with team management experience
- Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 and ISO 45000 would be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
