Job Description:
- Trainer Plans And Delivers Customer Service Training Sessions And Reads And Adapts Training Materials
- Utilize Effective Teaching Methods And Resources
- Understand The Concept Of Actively Listening To Customer Concerns And Responding Appropriately.
- Understand How To Clearly Explain Products, Services, And Company Policies.
- How To Speak Using Positive Language And Maintaining A Friendly Tone And Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services.
- Stay Up To Date On New Product Releases Or Service Changes, Able To Provide Accurate Information And Advice.
- How
To Manage Time Effectively To Handle Multiple Customer Inquiries.
- Continuously
Improve Your Knowledge And Skills To Become An Effective Trainer.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication Science, Administrative Science, Management, or Business. (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum experience of 5 - 7 years.
- Mastering products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to solve problems.
- Have multitasking and time management skills\
- Elaborating on Complex Topics: Explaining concepts clearly and adapting explanations.
- Currently
still working at the company
- Willing
to come to Talent Insider (Kelapa Gading) to do a shoot
