Job Description:
- Partner With Sales And Engineering Team To Ensure That Customer Demand Is Met
- Hold Discussions To Introduce Specific Features / Cross Sell To Their Customers
- Provide Help And Answers To The Customer's Technical Issues
- Manage Customer Complaints And Provide Quotations As Needed
- Discuss Solutions To Customer Feedback / Problems With Internal Teams
- Build SOP That Will Improve The Overall Process
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 3-5 years of relevant and practical experience in customer service
- Experienced in handling complex and detailed situations
- Ability to use SAP
- Well developed communication and problem solving and documentation (both written and verbal) skills
- A positive and resilient attitude
- Reporting and data analysis
