• Leading And Managing Projects In The Data Center Industry In Indonesia And The Surrounding Regions
• Cultivating And Nurturing Strong Relationships With Industry Networks, Clients, Architects, Government Agencies, Sub-consultants, And Construction Contractors Relevant To The MEP Team's Activities
• Enhancing The MEP Team's Capabilities To Effectively Serve The Targeted Markets In Indonesia As Outlined In The Group's Business Plan
• Overseeing The Preparation And Negotiation Of Proposals/submissions And Contracts Within The MEP Team's Framework
• Establishing And Implementing Mechanisms For Project Monitoring And Control Within The MEP Team
• Conducting Technical Reviews Of MEP Projects (including MEP Team Inputs To Other Projects) At Appropriate Stages To Ensure Compliance With Project Objectives And Deliverables

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering consulting, specifically in the Data Center and Mission Critical infrastructure sectors, with a successful track record in project management
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and oral)
• Membership in relevant professional institutions or peer bodies. Ideally, you hold or are working towards an Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) certification from the Uptime Institute
• Ideally, holding a Registered Engineer Certificate (STRI) and relevant Professional Competency Certificate (SKA Madya or SKK Level 8 or higher)
• Extensive experience and strong leadership skills, with a well-established network of client contacts
