Job Description:
- Do In Depth Research And Analysis To Predict Consumer Demand So As To Manage Inventory And Guide Supply Chain Operations
- Develop Detailed Forecasts By SKU Based On Industry Trends And Demand Patterns To Meet Business Plan While Maximizing Fill Rate To Customers
- Create And Maintain Forecast Models For Customers, With The Support From BI, Sales And Other Internal Teams
- Gathering Updates On Vendors, Distributors, Sales, And Other Stakeholders That Can Affect Demand
- Collaborate Closely With Logistics Team For Seamless Operation And Improve Supply Chain KPI
- Identify Root Cause And Develop Recommended Action Plans To Improve And Deliver Supply Chain KPI
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, Operations or other relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience in demand and forecasting roles
- In-depth understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Experience in using Future Master and or SAP would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of comfort to deliver monthly S&OP presentation
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Theory
