Job Description:
- Supervise 2 Performance Marketing teams and coordinate with external Ads Vendors.
- Develop digital marketing strategies based on campaign data, market trends, customer behavior, and business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive continuous growth.
- Coordinate with the Group Creative team to ensure creative output aligns with campaign objectives and performance insights.
- Stay updated on relevant digital trends and identify new opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to management and act as a strategic decision maker.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing, preferably with team or vendor management experience.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign performance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Good design sense/visual taste and understanding of what creative works based on data.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and able to turn insights into actionable strategies.
