Job Description:
- Provide Hands-on Leadership For All Aspects Of Investment Activity-from Origination To Exit-with The Goal Of Investing A Significant Amount Of Capital Annually Into High-quality Opportunities
- Validate The Business Opportunity, Establish An Investment Case, And Structure And Negotiate Terms For Potential Investments
- Supervised And Lead Teams Of Analyst To Conduct Due Diligence On The Company
- Responsible In Monitoring Existing Portfolios
- Assist In Structuring The Transactions With The Sell-side Advisors And Existing Shareholders
- Working Directly With Related Stakeholders To Develop An Annual Budget To Be Presented To The Investment Committee
- Responsible For The The Divestment Process And Collaborating With The Sell-side Advisor To Well-position The Company
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience including significant experience at a top-tier PE firm
- Diverse experience in Indonesia market is a must
- Extensive knowledge of PE and the ability to apply the skills creatively to diverse client needs
- Sound judgement, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively
- Full direct deal cycle experience, including strategy setting, sector evaluation and investment thesis development, sourcing, structuring, performing due diligence, legal documentation, closing, portfolio management, and exits
- Demonstrated experience in their own initiative regarding impact investing
- Strong sourcing network and ability to cultivate new, productive relationships, especially in impact investment circles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
