Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Supervise A Team Of Warehouse Workers To Ensure That Orders Are Processed Quickly And Efficiently
-Aligning Individual Performance Expectations With Organizational Goals
-Developing Performance Goals Collaboratively With Their Direct Reports
-Ensuring That Performance Goals Are Clearly Communicated To Subordinate
-Providing Fair, Constructive, And Timely Feedback Toward Performance Expectations And Goals
-Providing Assistance, Guidance, And Coaching Support As Needed
-Conducting Performance Evaluations According To Established Systems And Policies
-Monitor All Operational Procedures Implemented By Warehouse Employees
REQUIREMENTS :
-Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
-Strong Supervisory And Leadership Skills.
-Ability To Anticipate And Solve Problems.
-Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
-Ability To Meet Deadlines.
-Proficient With Data Entry And Inventory Software And Systems.
-Have Integrity And Honest
-Min. 3 Years Of Working Experience As A Warehouse Supervisor
-Good English Proficiency, Ability To Speak Mandarin Is Preferred
