Job Description:
- Managing Store Operations: Ensuring That Each Store Within Their District Is Operating Efficiently And Effectively. They Work To Identify Areas For Improvement And Develop Strategies To Increase Sales And Profitability
- Training And Development: Training And Developing Store Managers And Other Team Members Within Their District. They Ensure That Team Members Have The Knowledge, Skills, And Tools They Need To Perform Their Jobs Effectively
- Sales And Performance Management: Setting Sales Goals For Each Store Within Their District And Monitoring Performance Against Those Goals. Work With Store Managers To Develop Strategies To Increase Sales And Improve Performance
- Inventory Management: Ensuring That Each Store Within Their District Has The Appropriate Level Of Inventory To Meet Customer Demand. They Work With Store Managers To Develop Inventory Management Strategies And Ensure That Inventory Levels Are Optimized
- Customer Service: Ensuring That Each Store Within Their District Provides Exceptional Customer Service. They Work With Store Managers To Develop Customer Service Standards And Ensure That Team Members Are Trained To Meet Those Standards
- Budget Management: Managing The Budget For Each Store Within Their District. Ensure That Each Store Is Operating Within Budget And Identify Areas For Cost Savings
- Communication: Communicating With Store Managers, Other Team Members, And Company Leadership. Provide Updates On Performance, Share Best Practices, And Ensure That Everyone Is Aligned On Company Goals And Objectives
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, retail management or a related field is often preferred, but not always required
- 3 - 5 years of experience in retail management or operations is required. Store managers are welcome to apply
- Strong leadership skills and be able to manage multiple stores and teams effectively. They must be able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They must be able to communicate effectively with team members, company leadership, and customers
- Strong analytical skills and be able to analyze sales data, inventory reports, and other performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Strong financial management skills and able to manage budgets and financial reports effectively
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and be able to train and coach team members to do the same
- Flexibility and Adaptability: District managers must able to adapt to changing circumstances and flexible in their approach to problem-solving
