Job Description:

1. Develop SOP

-Identity Improvement Areas And Potentials Based On Business Data;

-Synthesize Best Practice For Operation Team To Secure Performance;

2. Product Portfolio Planning

-Define Indonesia Retail Insight Framework, Structure Retail Data;

-Set-up Market Survey Methodology, Work With 3rd Party To Collect, Analyze Data;

-Extract Product Portfolio From Data Analysis;

3. User Insights

-Continuous Research On Target 2B Buyers/consumers (needs/pain Points/satisfaction);

4. Competitor Screening

- Benchmark Best Practices From Leading Players, Extract Business Solutions;

Requirements:

- Experience At Top Strategy Consultancies, Investment, Strategy Role At Top Corporate;

- Pyramid Thinking With Thorough Understanding On Business Management And Business Forecasting Strategies/technique;

- At Least 3-year Experience On Retailing & Consuming & E-commerce Market;

- Excellent Problem-solving Skills Regarding Setting-up Framework, Data Analytics, And Proficient With Excel; SQL/Python Is A Plus;

- Fluent English Is A Must;

- Strong Supervisory And Communication Skills;
