Job Description:
- Take Ownership In Delivering High-quality ELearning Videos And Programs For Both Internal And External Stakeholders
- Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts And The Content Team To Create And Deliver Accurate Content For Product Knowledge
- Construct ELearning Assessment For Customers To Identify Completion Of Learning Courses
- Deliver Professional Courses - Informative And Well-structured
- Understand The Company's Product Portfolio To Deliver Materials That Represent Company's Value Proposition
- Record, Edit And Extract Product's Video Recordings With Animation And Other Required Content
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as an eLearning Specialist - experience in creating modules from scratch will be a plus
- Certification and Qualifications in Digital Learning or Media will be a plus
- Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) or eLearning Software
- Strong English - both verbal and written, as you will be working with cross-functional teams across the region
- Skilled in using Design softwares, some examples include: Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc
- Excellent organisational skills - prioritisation of tasks
- Self-motivated, driven and has great attention to detail
