- The Trainer Develops Procedures And Strategic Programs On Employee Communication, Employer Branding, And Employee Engagement To Drive Its Implementation, And Best Practices In The Audit And Analysis Phase.
- Lead Class Exercises For Employer Branding Materials.
- Inspire Students To Move Through The Challenge Of Learning New Skills. Expertise In The Subject Area That Will Be Taught.
- Knowledge Of Learning Theories And Various Methods Of Instruction.
- Strong Oral Communication Skills To Present Lectures And Answer Questions.
- Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Students’ Work And Present Course Material In A Clear Way.
- Listening And Observation Skills To Pick Up On Signs That Students May Be Failing To Grasp The Material.
- Doing Video Shooting For E-Learning
Job Requirements:
- Have knowledge of strategizing and implementing.
- Have knowledge of Employer Branding materials.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the industry/field through personal research dll.
- Have the ability to measure and assess training needs.
- Experience as a Trainer or Instructor
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work freelance in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
