• Develop And Implement Best Practice Maintenance Vision, Strategy, Processes And Procedures To Improve Operational Performance
• Manage The Engineering And Utility Functions Of The Manufacturing Plant, Including Overseeing The Maintenance, Production, And Utility Operations
• Assess The Production And Utilities Operations To Identify Areas For Improvement, Perform Necessary Engineering Design And Layout, Provide A Cost Estimation, And Offer Recommendations To Meet The Specific Project Requirements
• Create The Annual Capital Budget & Project Plan Based On The Business Needs, Present The Proposal For Approval, And Then Manage And Monitor The Project's Execution According To The Agreed-upon Schedule
• Develop, Improved And Implement A Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule
• Ensure The Utility Equipment Was In The Good Performance And Readiness And Also Support For General Service
• Acknowledge And Implement Quality System Which Related To The Engineering Process
• Collaborate With Vendors And Suppliers To Ensure The Timely And Cost-effective Acquisition Of Materials And Equipment
• Ensure The Safety And Quality Of The Team Under Their Area Of Responsibility

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in an engineering and utility management role within a manufacturing plant environment
• Strong technical knowledge of production, maintenance, and utility operations
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and utility personnel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia preferred
