Job Description:
- Lead and manage the Engineering team in delivering electrical engineering and project activities.
- Oversee engineering work throughout the EPC project lifecycle, from engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning.
- Develop and review electrical designs, technical solutions, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, project teams, and other stakeholders on technical matters.
- Ensure engineering activities meet project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, technical standards, and team performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience; 7 years with a Master’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial/team leadership experience.
- Strong experience in EPC and field/project environments.
- Strong background in Power Systems, LV/MV, Secondary Systems, and Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in PLTS/Solar PV is preferred; BESS experience is an advantage.
- Familiar with ETAP, PVSyst, VSD, UPS, and Inverter.
- Understanding of IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NFPA, PUIL, SPLN, and SNI.
- Fluent in English with strong leadership and communication skills
