Job Description:
- Develop And Maintain Risk Management And Policy Framework. Monitor The Implementation Of The Related Policies, Standards And Procedures
- Manage The Establishment Of Bank's Risk Appetites And Develop A Process To Ensure That The Bank Operates Within The Approved Risk Limits
- Support The Risk Awareness Culture
- Ensure The Quality And Timeliness Of Delivery Of Risk Management Reports To Board Of Directors, Commissioners And Regulator
- Support The Office Of CRO In Conducting The Risk Committee
- Ensure Appropriate And Effective Implementation Of Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), Which Includes Risk Control Self-assessment (RCSA), Control Assurance Program (CAP), Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Issue And Incident Management Within The Area Of Responsibility
- Initiate And/or Govern Risk Management Attestation And Reporting Process Incl. Alignment With Group Approach
Job Requirements:
- Generic/specific risk management experience, preferably, in Banking industry for at least 7 years of experience
- Experience in managing the risk management and regulatory reporting and/or meeting
