Job Description:
- Develop And Execute A Comprehensive Project Plan For The Implementation Of The Chosen ERP System And DMS Within The Automotive Organization
- Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders To Gather Requirements And Ensure Seamless Integration Of The ERP And DMS Platforms With Existing Systems And Processes
- Manage Relationships With External Partners, Including ERP And DMS Vendors, Consultants, And Technical Support Teams
- Develop And Conduct Comprehensive Training Programs For End-users
- Monitor Progress And Performance Against Project Milestones And Objectives, Adjusting The Plan As Necessary To Ensure Timely And Successful Implementation
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP and DMS implementation, preferably within the automotive industry
- Proven experience in successfully implementing Automotive DMS (especially Pinewood) and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and management
- Solid project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects to successful completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Familiarity with automotive industry-specific software, networking technologies, and other relevant tools used in dealership management
- Willingness to travel as needed to support implementation efforts across multiple locations
