Job Description:
- Responsible For Managing The Whole Estimation And Tender Department
- In Charge Of Bill Of Quantities Of Projects For Which Bids Are To Be Submitted And Carryout Detailed Estimate As Per Market Condition
- To Create Data Base Of Prices For Material, Sub-contracting Works, Equipment Rental Prices, And All Other Prices Which Are To Be Used In Estimation Generally
- Involved In Tender Preparation, Bidding, Clarification, And Negotiating Contracts
- Assessing Risk For All Projects Related Contractual Matters With Clients, Sub-contractors, Suppliers Including Tendering And Resolving Contractual And Commercial Problems
- To Review & Draft Contract, Quotation, Progress Claim For Subcontractors And To Clients
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Estimation & Tender roles in managerial level, preferably with experience in construction company for commercial projects
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills to develop others
- Excellent negotiation and people management skill
- Knowledgeable with construction contract and the legal framework
- Fluency in English
