Job Description:
- Plan Event From Start To Finish According To Requirements, Target Audience And Objectives
- Create Detailed Proposals For All Events, Including Timelines, Venues, Vendors, Staffing And Budgets
- Lead The Execution For The Summit Events And Come Up With Suggestions To Enhance The Event's Success
- Manage Key Stakeholder Successfully To Convert Project Developers And Companies As Clients
- Actively Propose New Ideas For Events/workshop For Higher Brand Awareness
- Strategically Choose And Manage Key Vendors For The Events
- Ensure Event Is Completed Smoothly And Step Up To Resolve Any Problems That Might Occur
- Conduct Pre And Post Event Evaluations And Report On Outcomes; Take Initiatives To Implement Improvement Plans
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in hosting large scale national/regional level events
- Passionate about environment and climate change
- Strong relationship with vendors, event organisers and government/stakeholder (preferable in climate space but not a must)
- Has professional growth mindset, responsible for good team work skills
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
- Good command of English both verbally and in writing
- Good communication skill, negotiation skill & ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously
