Job Description:
- Check And Troubleshooting Of All Facility Of Tenants. (AC, Electronic, Leak In The Roof Etc)
- Making Plan Of Periodic Inspection To Prevent Trouble In Advance
- Handle Claim From Tenant
- Management Subordinate Include Other Division
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- 5 years Experience of building maintenance as management level
- Have experience management subordinates and planning
- English (High Conversational level)
