Job Description:
- Ensure The Data Center Services Run Smoothly Through 24x7 Monitoring Of The Infrastructure In Rotating Shift
- Performing Preventive And Reactive Maintenance Activities For Data Center Infrastructure
- Acts As First Layer For Operational Incidents, Responds & Performs Requests Within SLA
- Documentation And Reporting All User Requests, Incidents, Provisioning, Etc
- Ensures Implementation Of Safety, Security, And Customer Support Policy & Procedures
- Coordinates With Contractors And Vendors As Well As Inspects Completed Work
- Support Internal And External Audits
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related industries
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Data Center or 24x7 critical facility environment
- General knowledge in MEP and Network Critical Infrastructure such as UPS, generator, BMS, chillers, life safety systems, etc
- Understanding in basic English required
