• To Make Strategy Plan, Work Together With Sub Ordinate ( Superintendents) For General Planning Related To Facility Department
• Work Together With Planning Team Regarding Schedule, Budget, Related Materials, Priority Building To Be Done, And Strategy To Make Sure Existing Buildings (including Guest House, Camp, STP, WTP Plant And Other General Facilities) Can Be Extended The Lifetime Of Function And Usage
• Develop New Strategies Related To Facilities Development For Better Look Of Facilities & Environment In The Future
• Manage / Supervision Catering Site Wide & Restaurant On Site
• Reviews And Updates Departmental Procedures And Policies, Administers Discipline, Enforces Company Policy, And Ensures Compliance With State, Federal, Or Other Jurisdictional Laws
• Responds To Emergencies That Could Cause Injury To Personnel Or Loss Of Operational Efficiency
• Sets Goals And Coordinates The Activities Of The Department Reports In The Field, Workshop And Various Administrative Office Ensure Consistent And Quality Scheduled Maintenance And Unscheduled Maintenance Are Accomplished With Minimal Disruption To The Operation

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering and or equivalent combination of related technical training and experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in GA / Facility Management or similar roles in light construction industry, with background working in Mining industry
• Have qualifications certificate recognised by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) is preferred
• Strong leadership and organisational, scheduling & time management skill
• Willing to be placed in remote mining location
