Job Description:
- Oversee The Fit-out Process, Ensuring That All Contractors And Vendors Adhere To The Project Timeline And Budget
- Work Closely With The Design Team To Ensure That The Design Meets All Necessary Safety And Compliance Regulations
- Manage The Day-to-day Operations Of The Facility, Including The Supervision Of Staff, Maintenance Of Equipment, And Management Of Customer Relations
- Develop And Implement Policies And Procedures For The Facility, Including Safety Protocols, Staffing Procedures, And Customer Service Standards
- Monitor And Maintain The Financial Performance Of The Facility, Including Budgeting And Forecasting
- Develop And Maintain Positive Relationships With Mall Management And Other Tenants To Ensure That The Facility Is An Asset To The Mall
- Continuously Evaluate The Facility's Operations And Make Improvements As Necessary To Ensure Customer Satisfaction And Profitability
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, facility management, or a related field
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality or retail industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and develop positive relationships with customers, vendors, and mall management
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to indoor entertainment facilities
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
