Job Description:
- Manage Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions for multiple project entities (JV, JO, SPV).
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and manage cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports for investors or lenders in JV structures.
- Monitor project cost structures, construction budgets, and capital expenditure (CapEx).
- Implement automation and digital tools to improve finance/accounting processes.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders across functions.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA/CA or Tax Brevet A, B, C is a plus.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in property development/real estate industry.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment or fast-growing company with a dynamic, high-paced setting.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (corporate tax, property tax, VAT refunds, etc.).
- Familiar with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Jurnal, Accurate, SAP, Oracle NetSuite).
- Exposure to implementing automation and digital tools in finance/accounting functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
