FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

1. Supervise and manage the daily activities of the accounting team, including staff scheduling, performance management, and professional development
2. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
3. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
4. Monitor and control the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment authorisation
5. Prepare and analyse financial reports and reconciliations for management review and decision-making
6. Maintain compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and company financial procedures
7. Conduct regular audits of accounting processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
8. Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required
9. Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and internal controls
10. Manage the finance and accounting budget and monitor departmental expenditures

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and local Indonesian tax regulations
4. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
5. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial data and reporting
7. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively
8. Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
9. Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments is preferred
10. Knowledge of internal control frameworks and audit procedures is advantageous
11. Professional accounting certification (such as ACCA or equivalent) is desirable
12. Mandarin Speaking will be preferable
