Finance Accounting Supervisor

1. Supervise daily finance and accounting operations and lead the accounting team.
2. Oversee financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
3. Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
4. Monitor AP/AR processes, invoice processing, and payment authorization.
5. Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review and decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
7. Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
8. Maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes.
9. Manage the finance and accounting budget and monitor departmental expenditures.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
3. Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indonesian taxation.
5. Experience in manufacturing or logistics industries is preferred.
6. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
7. Good understanding of internal controls, audit procedures, and statutory compliance.
8. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
9. Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
10. Professional accounting certification (ACCA or equivalent) is an advantage.
