Job Description:
Manage and oversee all accounting functions and financial data processing to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Coordinate and control corporate tax planning, reporting, and payments to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Plan, monitor, and control company cash flow, including management of accounts receivable and payable.
Develop, coordinate, and control company budgets to ensure effective and efficient use of funds.
Design, improve, and implement financial and accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls to minimize financial risk.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for investment, expansion, and operational decisions.
Coordinate and supervise internal financial activities across departments.
Lead, guide, and delegate tasks clearly to subordinates, including performance evaluation and development.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including managerial level
3. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
4. Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
5. Experience in budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis
