• Lead The Finance, Accounting And Finance Project Teams To Co-ordinate And Deliver On Internal And External Reporting Requirements
• Assist CFO And Lead The Team To Deliver Effective And Efficient Processes, Developing And Embedding Controls That Safeguard The Company Assets And Manage Risks Appropriately
• Performs General Accounting Activities, Including The Preparation, Maintenance And Reconciliation Of Ledger Accounts And Financial Statements, Such As Balance Sheets, Profit-and-loss Statements And Capital Expenditure Schedule
• Oversee And Ensure Timely Fulfilment Of All Filings And Responses To Inquiries And Maintain Effective Relationship With Regulators For Regulatory Reporting Requirements
• In Charge For The Companies' Budget, Forecast, And Analysis Of Financial Report
• Establishes And Maintains Continuous Improvement On Accounting, Financial, Reporting Policies And Controls
• Other Adhoc Duties As May Be Assigned

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, relevant professional certification (i.e. ACMA / CFA / CPA) or equivalent would be a plus
• Experienced in insurance industry is a MUST
• Preferably with at least 15 years of working experience and mostly in senior finance position
• Having experience in managing min. 10 subordinates in the last 8 years
• Sound understanding of local regulations in accounting and taxation, as well as IFRS 17
• Familiar with compliance requirements, such as AML / CTF / KYC
• Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & well organized in work
• Strong analytical skill and good leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of organization
