• Budget Control: Assist with the annual budget planning and business strategy, providing data-driven decision-making support for management. Continuously improve the comprehensive budget control system, track and control budgets, conduct variance analysis between budget and actual performance from a business perspective, and propose strategic recommendations.
• Business Analysis: Streamline business logic, integrate core business metrics, and improve the daily business data monitoring system. Monitor business data for abnormalities, issue timely warnings, and propose actionable improvement suggestions with follow-up.
• Process Optimization: Independently optimize the financial processes related to supported business units, identify and manage risk points, establish or improve corresponding systems or solutions, promote process automation, and enhance efficiency.
• Business Support: Act as a business partner to understand the core aspects of the business, engage in effective interactions with the business units, and build strong partnerships. Provide timely solutions or predictive suggestions for issues or needs raised by business units.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, financial management, or related fields.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a lead financial role at a well-known company in e-commerce, trade, wholesale, or retail sectors.
• Strong expertise in financial and tax-related knowledge, excellent analytical and data processing skills, and proficient use of financial software and Office tools.
• Exceptional data analysis skills, capable of identifying business pain points from data and offering timely strategic responses.
• Curiosity and empathy, with strong problem-solving abilities and deep business insights.
