Job Description:
- Manage And Oversee The Company's Day-to-day Accounting Functions, Weekly And Monthly Forecasting, Annual Budgeting And Variance Analysis
- Prepare And Analyse Managerial And Financial Reporting For The Singapore Office
- Work Closely With Countries In The Southeast Asian Region And Ensuring Finance Functions Across Countries Are Aligned To Expectations And Standards
- Ensure Compliance With All Financial Regulations And Reporting Requirements
- Oversee Statutory Audit Tax Compliance And Managing Relationships With External Auditors And Tax Authorities
- Develop And Implement Financial Policies And Procedures
- Provide Financial Guidance And Support To The Senior Leadership Team To Inform Business Decisions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with at least 5 years of managerial experience, ideally from a retail industry background
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial reporting regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP
- Has professional certificate qualifications
