Job Description:
- Direct The Financial Operations Of Indonesia To Support Achievement Of Indonesia Business Plan Objectives
- Provide Accurate And Timely Financial And Reporting And Analysis To The Indonesia And Corporate Team
- Maintain Solid Control Environment (accounting And Internal Controls) In Line With Indonesia And IFRS Standards
- Monitor Accounting Practices And Financial Results Conforming To Indonesia And IFRS Standards
- Ensure Full Compliance On Tax And Financial Related Regulation, Including Timely Reporting To Relevant Authorities
- Provide Reporting And Financial Analysis To Indonesia Leadership Team For Routine Business Needs As Well As In Support Of Ad-hoc Requests
- Lead And Coordinate Audit Process To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Indonesia Group Audited Financial Statement. Perform Consolidation, Drafting Of AFS, And Centralization Of Certain Audit Activities Such As Impairment Assessments
- Examine, Review And Engineer Rigorous Accounting And Administrative Procedures To Simplify, Streamline, And Maintain Financial Control, And To Increase Accuracy And Relevance Of Data And Information Produced
Job Requirements:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Preferably has worked experience with the big 4 accounting firms. Master's degree in accounting or equivalent is a plus
- Indonesia and IFRS GAAP knowledge
- Income tax and VAT expertise
- ERP systems knowledge (particularly Oracle) a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills
- Strong English skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications
