Job Description:
- The Role Is Crucial For The Function - Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, As Well Strategy And Goal-setting
- Prepare And Review Financial And Strategic Plan, From Monthly, Quarterly, To Annually
- Lead Financial Analysis To Support The Commercial Team
- Drive P&L Improvement Through Performance Analysis Which Leads To New Initiative Implementation
- Business Partner To Other Divisions To Increase Profitability
- ROI Calculation, Pricing Strategy, Product Analysis, Etc
- Drive Revenue Growth Through Market Analysis, Analysing Market Position
- Profitability Analysis
- Assist In New Product Launch Analysis, Both Pre And Post Launch
- Any Other Ad-hoc Activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in Finance and Accounting, Master degree/CPA/CFA and equivalents will be beneficial
- Big 4 Public Accounting Firm background with strong experience with internet-based company
- 10 years of working experience, with a minimum of 3 years within senior management position
- Strong analytic skill and combined with strong business acumen
- Strong communication skill, both in Bahasa Indonesia as well as English
