Job Description:
- Implement Security Protocols To Ensure The Safety And Protection Of Personnel, Property, Forests And Biodiversity
- Conduct Periodic Assessments Of The Company's Concessions For Potential Threats To The Environment Based On The Contractor's Periodic Reporting And Propose Mitigation Strategies To Management
- Coordinate With Law Enforcement Agencies And Other Stakeholders To Investigate Threats Related To Illegal Logging, Poaching, And Other Environmental Violations
- Monitor Forest Area Utilisation Activities Within Concessions To Ensure Compliance With Environmental Regulations And Permit Requirements
- Support The Process Of Training Programs For Security Contractors To Improve Their Understanding Of Forest Protection Policies And Best Practices
- Record Accurately The Chronology Of Threats To Forest Areas And Security-related Incidents, And Compile Reports For Management And Submission To Relevant Stakeholders
- Conduct Periodic Evaluations Of Contractor Performance For The Function Of Securing Forest Areas And Anticipating Forest And Land Fires
- Participate In Education Programs And Public Outreach To Raise Awareness About Forest Conservation Issues And Encourage Sustainable Practices
- Manage Budgets And Resources To Ensure That Forest Protection And Security Programs Are Effective And Cost-efficient
- Make Regular Reporting On The Results Of Monitoring Forest Security And Anticipating Forest And Land Fires
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education D3/S1 in HSE/Agriculture Major
- Have experience working as a coordinator in the Company/Project related to forest security and anticipation of forest and land fires for at least 10 years
