Job Description:
- Responsible For Overall Sales Performance (export And Local)
- Prepare The Annual Budget And Detail Business Plan Including Yield Monitoring Analysis, Quarterly Accounts And Management Reports
- Make Full Use Of Market Intelligence Such As Competitors, Product Profile And Product Price To Enlarge Market Share
- Responsible To Develop And Strategize The Product Positioning In The Market
Job Requirements:
- A minimum 10 years experience as Sales or Business Development Manager in Food Chemical Industry
- Preferably also with at least 8 years in leadership position
- Preferably from palm oil, sugar, flour, or food related business/FMCG
- Experience in handling not only national but export market
- Having strong integrity and work ethics
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organisation and various cross-functions
