Job Description:
- Develop Business /organization Strategy For Short/long Term Profitable Growth In Line With Company Direction
- Responsible For P&L, Company Budget, Quarterly Forecast From Top-line To Bottom-line
- Develop /coach People, Build Talent And Build Engagement Program, Succession Planning, And Build Up Core Competency Of The Function
- Working Closely With Key Stakeholders To Grow The Business
- Enhance Local Team Leadership, Engage To Successfully Execute The Business Plan
- Keep Chasing New Growth Opportunities For The Company In Terms Of Channels And Distribution
- Develop And Implement Procedures And Internal Process To Ensure That The Company Complies With All Health, Safety, Legal And Other Statutory Regulations
- Ensure Deliver Excellent In-stores And Trade Execution In-line With Marketing Strategy

Job Requirements:
- Indonesian talent with at least 12 years working experience in FMCG (Principal)
- Experience in E-commerce company will be beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in managing large numbers of team
- Strong experience in both Marketing & Sales
