Job Description:
- Responsible for making company policies strategies and decisions for the progress of the company
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all existing resources to run effectively according to the company vision and mission.
- Responsible for creating marketing/ sales strategies to achieve the targets that have been set
- Responsible for planning, managing and controlling the company’s budget
- Responsible for working together and creating a harmonious working climate and synergy for all departments
- Establishing good communication with the internal and external parties of the company
Job Requirements:
- Minimum formal education : S1 , S2 are welcome
- Having experience minimum 5-10 years at the FREIGHT FORWARDING industry
- Active or Passive in English both oral and written
- Self discipline and highly dedicated
- Willingness to work overtime
- Having a good leadership, managerial, customer relationship, communication and emotional skills
