Job Description:
- Manage The Design Process During The Execution Of Design Projects Across All Design Stages, Including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Draft Final Design And Construction Documents
- Lead The Coordination Process To Integrate Designs At All Project Stages
- Manage Local Design Team For Addressing All Technical Issues, Reviewing Designs, Obtaining Approvals, Etc. For All Projects
- Manage Consultants And Ensure Deliverables Are In Accordance With Scope, Schedule And Budget Make Sure That Quality Assurance Procedure Is Applied Promptly For All Deliverables And Make Sure That The Quality Of Design Deliverables Is Consistent With High Standards
- Manage Design Projects, Including Schedule And Cost Control, Team Management, Client Management And Risk Management
- Lead Internal And External Project Kick-off Meetings And Ensure Stakeholders Are Aligned
- Develop Scope Baseline, Detailed Work Breakdown Structures, Project Activities And Critical Path Charts For Building Design Projects Of High Complexity
- Lead The Team In Bugeting And Costing For The Company's Current And Future Developments
- Support During The Construction Stage, As Needed, Including Responding To Contractors' RFIs And Solving Design Conflicts, In Coordination With Local Design Team & Consultants
- Provide Input On Project Procurement Needs, Including External Specialty Suppliers, As Needed
- Develop Project Management Plans, Including Schedule Baselines, Project Scope Baselines, Man-hour Estimates, Quality Plans, Budgets And Risk Plans For Building Design Projects
- Manage Changes In Project Scope, Potential Risks And Contingency Plans, As Needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Minimum of 12 years experience in Project Design and Planning and has worked with Indonesian Real Estate developers
- A hands on individual with strong experience and track record in managing large and complex/mixed-use building design projects
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience is a plus
- Good analytical skills and initiative
