Job Description:
- Fully Responsible Of The Overall Operation And Financial Performance Of The Company's Plantations Located In East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, South Sumatera
- Oversee The Daily Operation Of The Estate
- Ensure Infrastructure And Supporting Units Are Well Equipped
- Be Actively Involved In The Ground Operations By Working Closely With Area Managers To Facilitate Cost Effective Operation
- Strategize Company's Expansion Plan
- Provide Agricultural Recommendations To Increase The Overall Yield Of The Estates And To Develop Best Practices
- Ensure All Plantations Are Within The Framework Of Environment Policies And Responsibilities
- Ensure All Work Operations In Safe And Responsible Manner
Job Requirements:
- Proven working Experience of at least 5 years in managing any type of plantations
- Degree in Agriculture/Forestry/Science & Technology or any related field
- Strong experience in managing multiple plantations
- Interpersonal, Strong Leadership, Problem-Solving and Time Management Skills
- Deep understanding of Agronomic Knowledge and Farming Practices
- Willing to travel from Jakarta to plantations
