Job Description:
- Coordinate With All Project Sites To Ensure Smooth Operation And Execution Of Project Construction
- To Conduct Weekly / Monthly Meetings With Project Sites, And Reviewing The Monthly Reports
- Monitor The Schedule And Cash Flow Of Each Projects
- Assist Project Sites In Making Claims And Assisting In Negotiation Of Claims With Project Clients, As Required
- Assist The Tender Team During Bidding Process And Making Budget / Estimating
- To Carry Other Activities As Deemed Necessary For Smooth Project Operation And As Advised By Management Of Company
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry
- Minimum 20 years of experience in relevant role, with experience working in construction industry
- Have an excellent understanding in the business process and function
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
- Fluency in English
