Job Description:
- Provide Effective Strategical Recommendations With Clear Target And Take Ownership Of The Recommendations That Are Aligned With Growth Goals
- Lead 3 Teams: Customer Service, Engineering And Workshop Operations
- Monitor The Roll Out Of New Business Initiatives / Pilot Programs And Provide Recommendations For Improvement Accordingly
- Oversee And Improve Current Operational Processes And Procedures To Increase Overall Efficiency And Productivity
- Develop And Manage SOP & Work Instruction (WI) And New Operations Initiatives Based On Trends In Technology And Development
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in managing process improvements or operational excellence
- Have a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain
- Skilled in Process Improvement (LEAN and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred), Project Management, and Financial Analysis
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & LEAN skills are preferred) with the ability to drive execution of ideas
- Well developed communication with various seniors level stakeholders with different background
- English proficiency in spoken and written is a MUST
- Strong leadership skill
